About Media Recovery System

We are a leading company specializing in the business of manufacturing and supplying Media Recovery System. Highly demanded in the market, this system works on vacuum suction principle. This system comprises of dust collector, hopper and storage tank. To manufacture this system our expert manpower uses high quality mild steel and cast iron. For smooth mobility, this system is attached with caster wheels. We offer this Media Recovery System at reasonable prices.

Product Features:

  • High operational fluency
  • Longer working life
  • Less noise generation

Media Recovery System

  • The KUSHAL UDHYOG make Media Recovery System Unit model KU-VR-15 operates using vacuum suction principle. The equipment uses vacuum pumps to create vacuum throughout the entire system such that adequate suction drag is generated at the mouth of suction header which is so designed that it allows inlet of atmospheric air along with which the abrasive media, debris, dust are sucked, fluidize and carried through connecting hose to the abrasive recovery unit. This sucked abrasive travels to the reclaimer where in large particles or reusable abrasive is separated using cyclone separation principle and gets collected in the bottom hopper or storage tank from where it can be evacuated using discharge valve to the machine and hence can be used up for machine operation. The media travelling through the storage tank is passed through a vibrating screen gradually so as to maintain the flow of abrasive.
  • The dust and light particles get carried on further to the dust collector through ducting where these have to pass through cartridge filters which do not allow the dust of over 3 micron to travel further. Only clean air gets passed to the vacuum pump, which in turn discharge the air through silencer to the atmosphere.

Advanced Filtration for Superior Results

The MRS-1100 Media Recovery System is engineered with a multi-stage filter system, ensuring optimal separation and filtration of reusable media. This technology minimizes operational costs, reduces waste, and maintains consistent recovery performance, making it indispensable for high-efficiency abrasive blasting environments.

Designed for Operator Safety and Convenience

With overload protection, an emergency stop switch, and a user-friendly digital display panel, safety and ease of use are prioritized. The systems PLC-based control and straightforward interface streamline operations, while onsite installation and after-sales maintenance contracts provide support throughout the product lifecycle.

Robust and Mobile for Varied Applications

Built from welded mild steel and treated with a durable powder coating, the MRS-1100 stands up to demanding industrial environments. Heavy-duty wheels provide mobility for flexible deployment, and its compact dimension means easy integration in various blasting room setups.
