The Dry filter Paint Spray Booths  consists of a sheet metal enclosure, Inlet Air Filter, Paint Trap Filters, Axial Flow Fans, duct and canopy etc. The disposable paint trap filters are grated on the floor. The intake air is sucked into the room by the extraction modules located on the side walls. The paint fume particles are sucked by partial vacuum created by centrifugal fan through filters. Thus air discharge into the atmosphere is clean.The Dry filter Paint Spray Booths  with disposable paint trap filters on side walls. The paint mist and gasses are sucked from the closed paint spray room, which keeps the atmosphere healthy inside the enclosure for the operator. The paint spray room is provided with a hinged door that should be fully closed and locked when the paint spray operation is in progress.The  Dry filter Paint Spray Booths  has the disposable paint trap filters on rear end of the enclosure. The intake air into the paint booth is filtered by intake filter on the front end to avoid foreign particle deposition on the painted surface.
