It is capable to provide fine coat over the cylinders of various different sizes and engine blocks. This machine unit is provided with ahigh pressurized nozzle system for quick spraying to easily coat the larger areas in very less time.Cylinder Arc Spray System is also provided with a heavy duty twin roller type conveyor system over which the objects under processing moves. The conveying system rotates with the help of electric motor which requires a voltage of 440 volts for efficient working. It produces less wastage and is also equipped with areclaimer unit which collects the zinc dust to keep the environment clean and safe.
